Upon Searching Under the Rainbow We Discovered… Ryobi Tools!
Some of you may have read our first DIY post about building our new Adirondack Chair. We were fortunate enough to be able to use our new Ryobi 18-Volt Tools. Trust me that is way… too many screw to tighten down by hand (and still have feeling left in your hand and arm).
We have been giving our Ryobi Combo Kit with Cordless 18V One+ 1/2″ Drill key-less chuck. Work-light with swivel head. Circular Saw with 5 1/2″ carbide tipped blade. Reciprocation Saw with is great for Demolition (when you need a little more power than pounding it with a hammer will bring). Batteries are lithium-ion which holds a charge 4x longer offering up to 20% more run time and 45% lighter in weight than Ni-Cd batteries. Charger and handy canvas bag a full work out.

Ryobi Combo Kit 18V One+ Lithium-Ion Cordless
Great heavy duty carrying case to hold the Drill,
Circular Saw, Reciprocation Saw Work Light, Batteries and Charger.
Available at Home Depot or Amazon.com
Each of the tools have preformed up to our par of standard for rechargeable portable tools. The battery life was and is exactly what I expected. Meaning, when you read the instruction for the lithium-ion batteries (which hold a charge up to four times longer) and follow the charging direction. Your tools will be working hard for you in no time. Another great note about the batteries, they are interchangeable on other Ryobi tools (as long as they are the same type of battery).
The tools are not too heavy, which can cause fatigue after lugging a drill around on your latest DIY project.
I love the handy canvas bag which holds all of the tools in one convenient place so I can take it from garage to project. Thus allowing me to have everything needed in one spot.
I’m sure you will be seeing the Ryobi tools throughout our DIY projects, starting soon.
Over all I will give Ryobi Tools a big thumbs up! Ease of use and portability along with battery life!

I received the Ryobi One+ Combo Kit to facilitate my review.*
