Helping Students of the Joplin School System.
As Passport To Frugal I will be stepping up to the plate once again to help our Joplin students prepare for the upcoming school year. I will be accepting school supplies donations.
I would like to take this opportunity to ask my fellow blogger’s, fans, friends and yes even you lurkers whom never step out of the shadows of reading to post or strike up a conversation (you the one hiding behind your screen…). To help two Teachers from Joplin. Wendy’s 3rd Grade eMints Teacher and Classroom. As well as Anna’s and her Second Grade Classroom.
The school supply donations will in turn be handed over to Wendy & Anna for their classrooms.
Here is a list of the Joplin School Districts Required List of Items Per Student. Keep in mind we will need enough to two complete classrooms for the entire year. (Remember most schools send out a list for additional items about mid year).

This is what I found on Amazon Chair Back Buddy.
Anna has also noted she has not been able to go through everything from her classroom. So as new needs arise I will post.
Additional items I had though of was:
Construction Paper
Stickers
New Craft Supplies
Items for the teachers desks
*Please note: Joplin Schools will resume classes on August 17, 2011. Please keep this in mind when shipping school supplies. Allowing time for organization and distribution.
*Note: When you send out your items if you could drop me an email at the address below. Stating a count for what your box contains. I can then mark items off the list as then need has been met. This will help to prevent the possibility of having 1,000 boxes of crayons and 20 boxes of colored pencils.
Let’s show Joplin what great bargain shoppers we can be. Combine those coupons with the upcoming back-to-school sales. To help Wendy’s & Anna’s 2nd & 3rd Grade Classrooms.
