Let me just say WOW! I think I’ve found my new favorite pan. The Green Earth Wok has just the right amount of balance between an extremely heavy and a light weight pan. Allowing me to pick up and move this pan without fear of dropping it. This is super important to me since I have trouble controlling a heavy object in one hand and my arm crutch in the other.
First off I will say we prepare 80% of our meals in a skillet. The first meal I prepared was a noodle stir-fry with cheese sauce. Clean up was SUPER easy. The second time, I prepared some chicken I used a very small amount of oil in the bottom of my pan to brown the chicken breast.
Seriously who doesn’t want to worry about the harsh chemicals leaching into our family’s foods… ME! When cooking the only thing I want to think about is preparing foods my family will enjoy. Thanks to Ozeri I can do that.
