Actually if you think about it. The time to measure and record your blood pressure should be in a comfortable normal setting. Not in the middle of the supermarket. Mine always measures a little higher when I visit the Doctor’s office. Now I can take my reading weekly and keep and accurate record to bring with me to the Doctor. Because, yes I do have high blood pressure.
