Do You Wonder if You Consume Enough Water Throughout the Course of a Average Day?
Your body is made up of approximately 60% water per your body’s weight. Every part of your body depends upon water to function properly.
Lack of water can lead to dehydration, a condition that occurs when you don’t have enough water in your body to carry out normal everyday body functions. Did you know that even mild dehydration can drain you of energy and make you feel tired.
Water also flushes out the toxins from your vital organs, helps carry nutrients through you body to cell and helps keep your throat, ears and nose tissue moist.
Even though is has been stated that no one certain amount of water intake can fit every persons lifestyle and needs.
So exactly how much water is recommended, for the average man this total would be about 13 cups of water a day. As a woman I should be consuming around 9 cups of water each day.
Now each of these amount will differ depending upon how active you are and your individual body weight.
I know sometimes I worry about whether I’ve consumed enough water throughout my day. And I can tell when I haven’t because I start to develop leg cramps at night.
I believe I may have a handle on my water count each day. I keep a large water bottle on my desk and beside my bed and I even take a full water bottle with me when we travel out and about.
My Eco Vessel Tritan Bottle holds 25 oz of water. 1 cup = 8 oz. therefore if I drink 2.5 to 3 bottles of water per day I’ve made my daily water intake goal! An it’s such an easy thing to do with the flip top lid and straw, allowing on the go portability with no spill convenience.
My grandson has been testing out the really fun Eco Vessel Kids Insulated Bottle with Straw Top. Which holds 13 oz. He decided upon the Black with Flames insulated bottle, however Eco Vessel has several colors and styles of water bottle’s to fit your family’s needs. The 13 oz. sized bottle fits nicely into his lunch bag for school each day.
I received the above mentioned Eco Vessel bottles to facilitate my review.*
A few of my favorite Eco Vessel bottle features.
Super easy to clean. Every part of the bottle disassembles to be thoroughly washed or placed in the dishwasher.
Wide mouth. Easy to fill and check the contents. As well as aids in the cleaning process. Nothing worse that puling a supposedly clean item from the dishwasher and it’s still dirty inside because the water could not reach the inside of the bottle.
Really cute and fun deigns for the children (who am I kidding, I like the fun colors as well). I’m sporting the perfect shade of green for spring right now. However I have my eye on the lovely purple or maybe an insulated bottle for summer!
Replacement parts! (insert fist pump!) You can order replacement parts for your favorite Eco Vessel bottle. So when little Bobby or Sue chews the end of the flip top straw it can be replaced without purchasing an entire new water bottle (great way to save $).
Reusable therefore reducing the waste that fills our landfills.
This grandma gives Eco Vessel a big thumbs up!
